At Inspire House, our priority is to build strong partnerships with external agencies to ensure that the children and young people in our care are supported to achieve positive outcomes across all aspects of their lives.
About Inspire House
- We provide care and support for up to three children and young people, aged 11–17, of any gender, who may present with social, emotional, and behavioural challenges, complex needs, and attachment-related difficulties.
- We are a therapeutic residential care home, offering medium- to long-term placements, with short-term placements considered where appropriate and in line with our matching criteria.
- Our environment has been designed to promote a child-centred approach, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and supportive atmosphere for both children and staff.
We accept only planned placements, with risk management strategies and transition plans tailored to the individual needs of each young person. These transitions are carefully structured to encourage participation and enhance outcomes. - The length of stay is agreed collaboratively between our senior management team and the placing local authority.
- Many of the children and young people we support have experienced trauma, disrupted attachments, or challenges in their education. We provide clinically led therapeutic interventions to aid recovery and help each young person work towards both immediate goals and long-term aspirations.
Our mission is to create a holistic, safe, and nurturing environment where children and young people feel secure, valued, respected, and listened to.
